Why haven't I received my Voucher?

You'll need to check that your Voucher is due, and that you meet the eligibility criteria. You can check this on your Confirmation email, and in the Ts and Cs. The Ts and Cs can be accessed via a link in your confirmation email. If you have checked these things and know that your Voucher is due, raise an enquiry with us and we will investigate for you.

My link has expired?

Please check the terms and conditions of the offer you accepted as links do expire if not used in the agreed timeframe. If you think the link should still be active contact us and we will investigate for you.

Why can't I use my voucher online?

Each Voucher provider has specific terms and conditions about redemption so it's a good idea to check the redemption instructions and terms and conditions of your particular voucher provider. Be aware, that copying and pasting the code sometimes does not work so do try typing it directly into the correct field.
